In deciding on the asking price, Julia shared her experience but also listened to us, and we arrived at a buoyant but realistic strategy together. After signing up, the team all visited to familiarise themselves and to understand any unique benefits of our home to help conversations with prospective buyers. After two busy weeks of viewings, we were under offer with a buyer that was excited and committed to buy, that understood our position and was willing to be patient while we worked on our onward purchase. This all lead to a smooth sale right through to completion.     We rented via Quilliams for just over two years and they were outstanding - everyone was always super friendly and accommodating and because the team work closely together there is always someone who can help out. During our tenancy the washing machine and a tap broke, and both times Quilliam sent out a plumber within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone!
