    Before instructing Quilliam, we'd met with several local agents. What made us choose Julia and her team was their down to earth, unpretentious, yet positive approach to selling our home. In deciding on the asking price, Julia shared her experience but also listened to us, and we arrived at a buoyant but realistic strategy together. After signing up, the team all visited to familiarise themselves and to understand any unique benefits of our home to help conversations with prospective buyers. After two busy weeks of viewings, we were under offer with a buyer that was excited and committed to buy, that understood our position and was willing to be patient while we worked on our onward purchase. This all lead to a smooth sale right through to completion. We'd highly recommend Julia, Craig and team - and if we hadn't left the area, we'd be definitely giving Quilliam a ring when we next decided to move.

    Having been unsuccessful selling my property for 9 months through 2 other agents, I switched to Quilliam (who I purchased through originally) and they produced 2 competing offers for me in less than a fortnight. They really understood the pros of the property, which were reflected in the online listing and photos, and matched it to appropriate buyers. The whole team is friendly, helpful and all-round fantastic, and they helped me navigate some tricky logistical snags with my buyer's situation and with my ongoing chain through to completion.     We rented via Quilliams for just over two years and they were outstanding - everyone was always super friendly and accommodating and because the team work closely together there is always someone who can help out. During our tenancy the washing machine and a tap broke, and both times Quilliam sent out a plumber within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone!
