Julia Quilliam
After a life in the airlines travelling the world and a distinguished ten-year career working in a number of local independent and national estate agents, Julia set up Quilliam Property Services in 1999. Now a local resident, her fondness for Brentford has spilled into local community work including spear heading the local High Street Christmas Lights campaign, supporting the relocation of the St Lawrence’s Church War Memorial and being an active member of the Brentford High Street Steering Group and the Brentford Chamber of Commerce.
Craig Quilliam
Julia’s brother Craig started working with Quilliam Property Services when first opened in 1999 helping out on a Saturday. Craig very quickly became enticed with the exciting world of estate agency and gave up his job in the west end working for an oil company to join full time. Craig moved to Brentford and through his enthusiasm for the area is delighted to advise anyone who might be considering a move and is actually quite famous for his full guided tour of all the best bits.
Simon Groves
Originally from the Isle of Wight, Simon has lived in West London for over ten years. Simon joined the company four years ago and has a unique appreciation for Brentford.
Simon’s individualised customer service approach enables him to communicate easily and to understand people’s needs and to maintain a strong relationship with them. Working alongside Craig they make a great sales team.
Danielle Dolan
Danielle’s extensive customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the local Brentford and surround areas lettings market is unsurpassed. Her warm personality tempered by her gentle Irish wit and charm, coupled with her length of service with Quilliam Property Services means she is regarded fondly by tenants, landlord’s, colleague and local residents alike. Danielle’s broad range of expertise include: the legalities of Assured Shorthold Tenancies and the legal responsibilities of landlords. Danielle is also an accredited Energy Performance Assessor. When not at work, Danielle enjoys nothing better than a round of kick boxing and exercising her expert hand at oil painting.
Mihaela Rozmiret
Mihaela’s accountancy skills and keen interest for organisational development provide a perfect counterpoint of her knowledge of modern fashion trends, popular culture and a keen sense of style. When not running the Accounts Department Mihaela’s professional development continues on a degree course at Kings College University London. Fluent in Russian, Romanian and of course English, Mihaela offers an international dimension to our diverse team.
Karen Clifford
With ten years experience in both residential sales and lettings for a well known agent in Isleworth we were delighted when Karen joined Quilliam Property Services and looks after the Lettings Administration Department. Karen’s unfailing efficiency is paramount to the running of a busy lettings department and the day to day problems that are normal with such a business and at the end of the day Karen enjoys a workout in her very own gym.
Rebecca Consiglio
Rebecca’s infectious smile and bubbly personality complement her impressive knowledge of the Brentford and Isleworth area. A local resident of many years, Rebecca understands the needs of tenants and landlords alike with her main goal ensuring that our landlords and tenants get the best possible service and can and be as happy as they can with their property arrangements. Eager to progress in the property world, Rebecca can often be found on National Association of Estate Agent courses understanding the legal aspect of property management and tenancy agreements.
Jo Day
Jo’s application of her administrative skills are second to none only to her love of wardrobe accessories. Jo is so proud of her apparel and that friends of the company will often remark on the daily changing of her little black dresses, shoes, boots and of course the all important handbag. Jo’s unfailing support of the sales team is enhanced by her knowledge of property design and masterful skill of delivering a floor plan.
Katie Welland
A resident of Brentford Dock, Katie has the important job of being our Saturday Girl. A local treasure, Katie has firsthand knowledge of Brentford’s schools, churches and restaurants and is a leader of third Brentford Girl-Guiding association. An accomplished pupil of the Green School, Katie hopes to attend a local university and become a qualified primary school teacher.

Julia Quilliam set up Quilliam Property Services in 1999 as an independent family run estate agent and a leading property finder for Brentford and surrounding areas.
Located on the High Street in the heart of Brentford we have extensive knowledge of the area and can offer professional advice in all aspects of residential property.
We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, Association of Residential Letting Agents, The Tenancy Deposit Scheme and The Property Ombudsman, all of which protect the consumer.
Quilliam Property Services is committed to the local community working towards a better Brentford. Projects we have been involved with include instigating the annual High Street Christmas Lights, relocating the St Lawrence’s Memorial, St George’s Day and launching the Brentford is Brilliant campaign www.brentfordisbrilliant.org

Brentford
Located where the Grand Union Canal and River Brent converge before joining the River Thames. Brentford offers a selection of river and canal walks along the Thames path providing great views of riverside attractions including rustic houseboats and Victorian buildings.
Brentford is well located surrounded by highly desirable areas such as Chiswick, Kew, Richmond and Ealing and boasts ‘The Golden Mile’ along the M4 corridor where many international businesses are based. Transport in and out of Brentford includes major motorway links to the M4, M25 and M3. Heathrow Airport is easily accessible approximately 12 miles away. Rail links include Brentford Mainline Station and the Underground at Boston Manor, Northfields, South Ealing and Gunnersbury.
Brentford has been undergoing major regeneration over recent years which will eventually include the creation of a new south side High Street and Commerce Road transforming Brentford town centre into a vibrant waterside retail and residential area with the expansion of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Substantial environmental improvements will include new riverside walkways and canal banks as well as additional moorings and the enhancement of ecological habitats.
